The Auckland Airport Carnival is the Winter Festival finale and is all about celebrating Queenstown and the diverse communities that live here.
We have two stages at the top of Beach Street and on Earnslaw Park that will have fantastic music including Brentwood and The Pheonix Foundation! For kiddies there is some amazing children's entertainment on the stage from 12pm - please see below.
A vibrant addition to the Auckland Airport Carnival, the Community Walking Parade will weave its way along Marine Parade, through the streets of Queenstown, through Earnslaw Park and finish at St Omer Park. The theme is "The Colour and Culture of Queenstown" and the aim is to celebrate the diverse Queenstown community so we want as many members of our community involved as possible. To get the kiddies involved, we are running a series of art workshops before and during the Festival so that children can create their own masterpieces and show them off during the Walking Parade.
