Media Accreditation Application Form

Please be aware the Festival team is producing a festival. While we will have a media liaison to assist you with access to people/places/information in terms of setting up your stories, we do not have the resources to “host” journalists. You will be responsible for your own travel to and from Queenstown and your own accommodation (we can send you special offers from our accommodation partners).

There are no FOC tickets available to media for Festival events. Access to ticketed events will only be possible in very limited, pre arranged circumstances for the express purpose of covering a particular story angle. We will assist you where possible, but we also must be realistic as to the level of assistance we can provide.

We can help with local knowledge and advice, plus help with access to the people and information you may require as you secure your story, but that is about it.
