Back on the Winterfest calendar by popular demand is the Skin to the Summit.

Starting at the BASE Building at Coronet Peak, the 'Skinners', under starters orders, will take off and head towards Greengates Express and up the Sarah Sue. The new and improved course will see the competitors skin up, the course, ski, then skin up again to the finish line.

Spectators are welcome to head up the hill, cheer the skinners and enjoy the beautiful sunrise that will no doubt await. Then its a good excuse to head into the Cafe at Coronet Peak for a Big Brekkie!

There is an $25 entry fee for the Skin to the Summit competitors, spectators are free and all are welcome to enjoy the fine fare at Coronet Peak at their own cost.
