Part fun fair, part spectator heaven and fully enjoyable,  this is an event that no family should miss!  A festival family favourite,  the streets of Queenstown come alive with a colourful parade of floats, super hero’s, little and big people. Queenstown businesses, community groups, the 501^st Legion and festival sponsors dedicate their time and energy to create this awesome spectacle, so join the crowd and watch the fun that is the Festival Street Parade.

The Parade works its way thru the metropolis that is downtown Queenstown with the route starting in Church Street then down Camp, Shotover and Rees. Your challenge is to find a great vantage point to take in all of the fun antics that associate with the Parade.

Take heed that this year's Festival Parade commences at 12 noon giving you plenty of time to wander down to Earnslaw Park to enjoy the Family Fun Day which starts at 1.00pm and features the Parade prize giving.
