Get your team together and get on down to Earnslaw Park for the Speight’s Summit Downtown Day where the balls will be flying as Dodgeball meets Drag Racing. 

Dodgeball Championship heats will kick-off at noon and finish at 2.00pm. It's FREE to enter, teams of 4 Open Category. The rules of engagement are:-

Championship Heats will be a knockout structure, you lose your match you are out of the tournament. Each match is decided by the best of 3 games, and, you have got to be over 18 years of age to play. Checkout more details.

Then, it's onto Festival favourite the Q92 More FM Drag Race.  Yes this is the one that puts the ‘Queen’ in Queenstown.  It’s an invitation only (the invitations have gone out to the prospective drag racers and we shall keep you posted once the line-up is confirmed), high-speed dash around the Park with strategically placed obstacles where usually reserved local gentlemen race in high heels, skirts of questionable length and interesting hair and make-up.  Fiercely competitive and totally hilarious.
